Please complete the downloadable Registration & Hotel Reservation Form (RegistForm.doc, Word 97 document, 182 kB) for booking accommodation. The Organizing Secretariat has reserved a number of hotel rooms within different price categories. Examples are given below.

Booking

The deadline for final hotel reservation is April 30, 2002. After this date the Organizing Secretariat cannot guarantee hotel accommodation near the Congress Venue. A hotel room will be reserved when the Organizing Secretariat has received the Registration & Hotel Reservation Form together with the registration fee and hotel deposit.

Confirmation

The Organizing Secretariat will send a confirmation and a balance of payment. Note that a firm booking can only be made upon receipt of full payment. Rooms reserved for the Congress will be released on May 15, 2002, after that rooms will be available according to vacancy.

Payment

All payments should be made in Euro (except for Hungarian delegates) in advance, by one of the following ways:

1. Bankers' Draft / Cashier's Cheque / Money Order - which should be sent together with the Registration & Hotel Reservation Form by mail. Bankers' Draft should be purchased at your bank made out in Euro and made payable to C & T Hungary Ltd. Dáni u. 7. H-6722 Szeged, Hungary, attn: ESSR - 2002. Personal or company cheques are not accepted.

2. Bank transfer - to the following account: Hungarian Foreign Trade Bank Ltd. swift code: MKKB HUHB, account number: 661-03111-2630-4888, attn: ESSR - 2002

3. Credit cards - Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express may be used for all charges. Do not forget to indicate card number and expiry date on the Registration & Hotel Reservation Form.

Please note that all bank charges are covered by the participant.

Cancellation and refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.

Cancellations of registrations and programs will be accepted until 30th April 2002, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less 10 Euro for administrative expenses. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after 30th April 2002.
Cancellation of hotel reservations will be accepted until 15th April 2002, up to this date hotel deposits will be refunded, only an amount of 10 Euro will be charged for administration. We regret that deposits cannot be refunded after 15th April 2002. The deposit and one night hotel fee will be charged for cancellations received after May 15, 2002.
In case of a non-arrival no refunds will be available. Please note that all refunds will be dealt with after the Congress.
